A Man of Thin Air Parallel or 90 Degrees Sit on right hip and pull the knees in so the legs are parallel to the floor and on a 90 degree angle. Place right hand on floor slightly out away from shoulder. Press hips into air in a pike position. Reach left hand under the body at the waist. Rotate back around and lower hips to hover above the floor. Repeat.
