Tombe La Neige Sam The Man Taylor Snowboard à Paris / 24 hours late .....
Nous sommes Vendredi 18 Janvier et une grande partie de la FRANCE est en alerte orange depuis quelques jours, Monsieur météo nous annonce de la neige sur la capitale ..
Nous étions loin de nous imaginer un tel scénario !
Samedi 19/01 la neige a brièvement tenu mais pas de quoi sortir sa board .....
c'est le lendemain Dimanche 20/01 que tout à basculé ... En se levant les parisiens on découvert plus de 15 cm de neige dans les rues et la neige continuait de tomber toute la journée !!!!
Tous les snowboardeurs et Skieurs du dimanche en langage montagnard se téléphonent et s'envoient alors des textos pour aller rider soit vers les Buttes chaumont soit vers Montmartre.
C'est alors qu'ils nous est venu une idée ...... et si on faisait venir des pro riders à Paris ?
Nous avons appelé Nicolas Droz qui à directement monté une petite équipe formée par Aymeric Tonin et par le photographe Julien Petry.
Partis d'Avoriaz vers 20h c'est à 3h du matin du lundi 21/01 qu'ils arrivent dans un Paris complètement enneigé.

Monsieur météo avait encore annoncé de la neige pour le Lundi. Malheureusement un redoux l'a fait fondre rapidement, les riders ne voulant pas être montés pour rien ils se sont motivés, et ont écumé la capitale en quête de spots ridables,

Snowboarding in Paris / 24 Hours too late
It's Friday January 18th and a major part of France is on Red Alert, the Weather Man has announced a huge snow storm, even on the Capital...
We were far from imagining such a scenario!
Saturday the 19th the city was covered with snow, but not enough to get out your board.
But on Sunday morning the Parisians woke up to 15 cm of snow in the streets, and it just kept coming. Paris was at a stand still.
All of the skiers and snowboarders started calling each other to set up a meeting spot, either at the Buttes Chaumont park or near Montmartre.
That's when we had the idea...what if we called some pros in to ride Paris?
So we called Nicholas Droz who rounded up a team with Aymeric Tonin and the photographer Julien Perty. They left Avoriaz that night around 8 pm, getting into Paris around 3 am on Monday morning, Paris still covered in snow. They had announced more snow for Monday, but unfortunately the temperatures started rising and the snow started to melt. But, the riders were motivated and wanted to search the city for rideable spots, here are the results...
