I don't want another pretty face стерлинг найт Miley wakes up drowsy and confused, she gets frightened when she looks around and isn't in her bedroom. It comes back to her that she was in a car accident and must be in the hospital. A nurse comes in and sits at the end of her bed and looks down at the papers on her clip board "Miley Ray Cyrus?" Miley nods lightly. The nurse gives her a small smile "You suffered mainly minor injuries, but cut your leg badly and lost a lot of blood. But don't worry we have already stitched your leg up and given you blood" Miley gives the nurse a little smile "How long have I been asleep?" The nurse takes another look at the papers on her clip board "About 3 days". Miley nods "And what about Sterling?" she swallows hard hoping for the best "I'm so sorry Miley.... Sterling died 2 days ago" Miley feels her heart stop. She can't feel her breath anymore and tears start streaming from her eyes. The nurse walks up to her "But I know how you could see him again" Miley looks up at her confused. The nurse holds up a knife and goes to stab Miley. OH MY GOD! NO! Miley wakes up screaming in fright, she looks around sitting in the hospital bed room again. she takes a sigh of relief when she realizes it was just a dream. But she wished the car crash was as well. She sees a clip board on the side table right next to her bed, she grabs it and reads: Suffered from minor cuts and bruises. The only major damage was in her legs when they got badly cut open when the car flipped over. She suffered a lot of blood loss. She had to have stitches and blood pumped back into her system. Everything in her dream was true so far. Miley starts to panic as she thinks about Sterling and if that is true as well she looks to the bottom of the note pad and sees: Sterling Knight was in this accident as well, but is in critical condition he most likely will not make it through the night. Miley feels her heart crushing as she reads each word about her lover. She reads on and finds out that Sterling is in the room next to her. Miley carefully gets out of her bed, she can still feel the pain in her legs. She takes one step off her bed a sharp pain goes up her leg, she holds in her scream and continues to walk slowly down to the door. She looks down the hallway to see it empty and dark. She grabs the railing on the side of the wall and continues her walk to Sterling. The door swings open silently, she sees Sterling lying on the bed at the back of the dull white hospital bed room. She runs to him only to find her self falling to the hard cold floor from the pain and weakness of her legs. Tears of pain fall down her face, she drags her self to the his bed, Miley finally makes it and stands up slowly. "Miley?" he says weakly "Yeah it's me baby" he can tell by her voice that she is sad and in pain "What are you doing here? You should be resting" he questions her "I wanted to see you... Too see how you are" she smiles weakly at him. "I'm not so good Miles" He coughs in pain "I'm so sorry I let you down" Tears fill his light blue eyes that Miley loves so much "You could never let me down Sterling" tears begin to fall down her cheeks. Sterling slowly lifts his hand to her cheek and wipes her tears away. "Your so beautiful and strong" He keeps his hand on her cheek "I love you so much" tears start streaming from her eyes and wash over Sterling's soft hand. "No matter what Miley, I will always be in your heart. But I want you to promise me something?" She nods her head not being able to talk from being overwhelmed "Don't give up on love... Ever" She looks down at him and his eyes start to close "NO! NO! You can't leave me!" She looks to the heart monitor and sees it go flat "NO! STERLING!".His hand slips from her cheek and off to the side of the bed, Miley feels her whole body fill with coldness and aching pain "Noooo" Her words come out jagged and broken "You can't leave me!" Her tears fall on to his face and she can't stop crying. She falls to the ground screaming "HELP! SOMEONE HELP!" A nurse runs in "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HERE!?" she looks to the girl crying on the floor "SAVE HIM! PLEASE!" Another nurse enters and pulls Miley off the ground "You have to leave now" "NO! I CAN'T LEAVE HIM!" The nurse tries to pull her away "NO!" Miley kicks away falling back to the ground. She grabs onto Sterling's hand hanging off the bed "WAKE UP!" she cries even more "WE HAVE TO GET MARRIED! PLEASE WAKE UP!" The other nurse runs to his bed and checks him. Another nurse enters and helps pull Miley away, as Miley's hand slips out of Sterling's she knew that was the last time they would ever touch again. "NOOOOOOOOO!" She yells with painful cries. She feels a needle push into the side of her arm, her eyes go blurred and she feels sleepy, the last thing she sees is a nurse putting a white blanket over Sterling's face and then she feels her self fall a sleep.
